Ollipekka Kangas Artist and visual arts teacher Ollipekka Kangas was born in 1965 in Riihimäki. He graduated as art teacher in 1997 and Master of Arts two years later from the University of Art and Design Helsinki. He also has a Master's degree in education from the University of Tampere since 1992. Kangas has designed several logos, book covers and web services. He has had private shows since 1991 in Tampere, Riihimäki, Turku, Hämeenlinna, Hyvinkää and Helsinki, to name a few. He uses various techniques for his contemporary art projects. He is also an art teacher in the University of Turku, and gives different courses, lectures and projects on art education. Kangas is a member of the Turku based ARTE ry and the Artists' Associations of Turku.
